PALEO CHALLENGE : 15 participants or more required for this seasons challenge. $100 gets you two hydro-static dunks to determine body weight percentage of fat and muscle density, nutritional packets and weekly nutritional meetings. 2014 Crossfit Games Open : Registration begins HERE on January 15th 2014 : The first Open workout will be released on Thursday, Feb. 27. The fifth and final Open workout will be released five weeks later on Thursday, March 27. More information on the competition details for Individuals, Masters and Teams will be published as the Open begins. South Coast CrossFit will be judging the Open please be sure to register South Coast Crossfit as your affiliate if you wish to be judged and qualified at SCCF. Designated times will be published for registered Open participants. We also need volunteers that would like to act as judges and are willing to go through judging certification.
